Owner Jerry McKinzie |

with 38 years experience, is an ASA (Accredited Senior
Appraiser), "designated" appraiser, in the "American
Society of Appraisers". Jerry holds a certified license for all
property types. Jerry is very diverse along with being very
knowledgeable in handling all appraisal types. |

has 20 years of appraisal experience, the last 16 with McKinzie´s. John has a strong background in all phases of
banking. John holds a certified license for all property types. John
is diverse and knowledgeable in handling all appraisal types. |

Wallace Oien |

has been working for over 40 years in appraisal and appraisal
reviews. Most of that time was spent with the Federal Government.
Wally, as he would prefer to be called, currently holds a certified
license to appraise all property types. Wally also does appraisal
reviews. |

has taken and passed the certified general license exam and is
currently working to get his certified general license. Dave
works with the certified license staff to better increase his
knowledge for all property types. He is quickly becoming well versed
and knowledgeable in handling all appraisal types. |

dimension to the team. Just adding to the knowledge and

is our Certified Residential Specialist. He has
taken and passed ERC training and is currently working to specialize
in relocation appraisals. He has a strong background in electronic's and knows how to use the technologically advanced
tools to deliver his appraisal reports on time. |
