with 34 years experience, is an ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser), "designated" appraiser, in the "American Society of Appraisers", both in real property, and in machinery and equipment. Jerry is licensed to appraise all property types.

has 17 years of appraisal experience, the last 13 with McKinzie Metro Appraisal. John has a strong background  in all phases of banking. He holds a Certified General License for all property types. John is diverse and knowledgeable in handling any appraisal type.

has been working for over 40 years in appraisal and appraisal reviews. Most of that time was spent with the Federal Government. Wally, as he would prefer to be called, currently holds a Certified General License to appraise all property types. Wally also does appraisal reviews for our company.

Jerry, as he prefers to be called, is our most experienced  Residential Specialist. Jerry is also learning a variety of professional appraisal services to handle many property types. He has done many hours of commercial work, under supervision, with the goal of Certified General Licensure.  Jerry lives in Shakopee.

came to our company as an experienced Residential Specialist, but is also doing commercial work, under supervision, with goals of getting her required hours of experience for Certified General Licensure. Abbey lives in Forest Lake.

also lives in Forest Lake and came to our company in 2003 with prior appraisal experience. Neil has learned well and become one of our many capable Residential Specialists.

came to our company in 2003 following her appraisal schooling, testing, and licensure. Katrina's first language is Hmong and is working with McKinzie Metro Appraisal and the Hmong community to meet their appraisal needs. She lives in St Paul.
